We're in the home stretch, it's the final day of the campaign! You guys have absolutely blown this campaign and our goals out of the water, but we've got a few updates for you before the end is upon us...

All 12 unlocked pins are available $9 each under the choose-your-own options, so you're free to enter any combination of them to your orders!

As a reminder, the set of 3 minipins are their own listing, and NOT included as the choose-your-own! Be sure to add them separately if you want the set of three!

The fossil shaker is now available as an add-on! Some of you might have caught it go before this update briefly as a $15 inclusion, but its price has been corrected to $10! ;) Feel free to switch over to the cheaper version, but if we catch any old versions in folks' surveys, we'll be sure to manually switch them over as well.

Other than that, all art has been finalized, save for the Dracovenator sticker, which is well under way.

Once the campaign concludes tomorrow at 3:00pm CDT, expect the post-campaign surveys to start rolling out so you can pick your pins! This may take up to a week to get to you, so hold onto your horses!

We are on-track with the projected timeline, so backers will have until May 28th (about two weeks) to fill out their survey. From there, we'll gather up the order information, charge cards for orders, and pins will go into production. We expect to start shipping out around late June ~ early July, but we'll keep you all updated through the months as samples come in!

Within the first DAY, we had more backers on Paleo Pals than either of our previous campaigns' ends. This campaign has been an incredible success, and we couldn't have done it without all of you! Your generosity and hype never fails to floor us.

It was a close shave, but Quetzalcoatlus takes the crown for community favorite animal! Quetz will join Triceratops and Tyrannosaurus Rex up as the last three pins of the campaign, added as new stretch goals!


As it turns out, your guys' continued support continues to blow me away, and we soared past what would have been two of these three pins' goals. So Triceratops and Quetzalcoatlus are available to pledge for out the gates! All that remains is the mighty T. Rex at $9500. But it isn't our last stretch goal of the campaign... 

As the campaign's final stretch goal at $10,500, we're hoping to fund this adorable acrylic fossil shaker keychain!

A raptor basks in the warm, lush foliage of its home, needing not grasp the long and marvelous history of the animals that came before it, and shaped the world it lives in presently. Maybe many, many years later they'll be some strange monkeys that take a liking to that kind of stuff instead. Who is to say!


Since this is likely the definitive FINAL goal to reach, we've included one last pin-centric pledge tier to encompass everything we've seen so far! The shaker will be priced differently than the pins if reached ($10), and as a reminder, the minipins will cost $18 for the set as opposed for the $9 per standard pin, so those are not included in the Choose-Your-Own tiers.

It was a hard fought battle in the Permian Poll for the Dimetrodon, but ultimately the Diplocaulus takes the win! No bias on behalf of a fellow amphibian. Absolutely none.

The Smilodon and Diplocaulus have both received their pin designs as we work to finalize the other currently-sketched tiers and sticker! 

It all comes down to this! We're whipping up some new stretch goals for people to work towards with the campaign remaining, and feel it's only right to give the most iconic prehistoric beasts their due. Whether by movie, game, or favorite childhood toys, we're looking to include one more pin to a lineup of famous dinos (and more)!

Vote below for what animal you want to see represent the People's Choice! We did our best to include a few of the stand-out suggestions from other updates, as well as the runner-ups from the last two polls, among some other famous critters. The winner will be joining the Triceratops and T. Rex for the next stretch goals, so let's see who reigns supreme!

Dropping in for a quick update between the stretch goal polls to say: WOW!! Just three days into this campaign and we have reached all our stretch goals! To say we're floored by your guys' support would be an understatement, thank you all for sharing this nerdy love with us. Watching folks gas up their favorite weird little prehistoric animals has been a dream come true, so keep it up!

BUT! We've got over two weeks left to go! So i want to hear it from you guys first...
What else do you want to see for this campaign?

More mini pins? More stickers? Some other type of swag you haven't seen yet? We'd definitely love to host more polls and give some other eras some love, but if there's any popular dinos you DEFINITELY want to see represented, shout them out too!

It was a close shave with the Terror Bird, but the Smilodon reigns supreme as king of the ice age! The famous saber-toothed tiger is available to pledge for now, but you'll have a better look at the pin design in the next update as we work to depict it.

Which brings us to the next good news... the Permian Era stretch goal has just been unlocked!! And we need your help to decide which animal makes it to the lineup!

Known best for the dominance of theraspids and synapsids, these "mammal-like reptiles" weren't all that roamed the land during the Permian! Life would undergo a huge boom in biodiversity, from ray-finned fish in the oceans, to the largest insects that had ever roamed planet Earth.

If there's an animal you feel strongly about and don't see on the poll, make sure to comment them below! Depending on the campaign's success, runner-ups may see a comeback, even if they don't win first place.
